Book a
Discovery Call
We start with a complimentary discovery call to see if we’re the right fit for your project. During this call, we’ll discuss your space, your goals, and how our team can help bring your vision to life.

Share Your
Space
You’ll send photos and videos of your space to our project manager. This allows us to assess the area and create a formal proposal tailored to your needs or determine if an in-person consultation is necessary.

Proposal & Deposit
Once you review and accept your proposal, you’ll pay the non-refundable deposit (which goes toward your final invoice), and sign the service agreement. This deposit officially holds your spot on our calendar.

Schedule Your Project
After the proposal has been accepted, the service agreement signed, and deposit received, we’ll schedule your project date and confirm all details with you.

Project Preparation
Before your scheduled day, you’ll have the chance to share any product preferences or specific requests for your space. Otherwise, we’ll source and prepare everything needed to make your transformation seamless.

Installation
Day
Our team arrives fully prepared with products, a plan, and plenty of energy to bring your space to life. Most projects are completed in a single day (depending on size and scope).

Final Walkthrough & Completion
We’ll walk through the finished space together, making sure every detail feels functional and customized for your household. Once everything is perfect, final payment is due upon completion.

Support

Our House Manager service provides ongoing support for busy households that need an extra set of hands to keep things running smoothly. You’ll have one dedicated organizer assigned to your home, visiting on the same day and time each session so your routine stays consistent and effortless. Choose between weekly or bi-weekly sessions, customized to fit your lifestyle and needs.
From laundry, errands, and grocery runs to light household refreshes, tidying, dry-cleaning drop-offs, and keeping daily spaces in order — we handle the details so you can focus on what matters most.
This service offers consistent, reliable care that keeps your home organized, refreshed, and running effortlessly.
RELOCATION CONCIERGE
Moving doesn’t have to be stressful — our all-inclusive Relocation Concierge handles every detail so you don’t have to.
We’ll pack, label, and coordinate with movers, bring all packing materials, and even arrange a dumpster if needed. Once you arrive, we can unpack, line drawers and cabinets, stock essentials, and make your home fully move-in ready — right down to fresh sheets on the bed.
This service is completely customizable — whether you want full-service support or help with just a few rooms, we’ll tailor everything to fit your needs and make your new space feel perfect from day one.
MAINTENANCE MEMBERSHIP
Available exclusively to existing O&P clients, our Maintenance Membership keeps your home organized and beautiful long after the initial session.
Choose two, four, or six visits per year — each customized to your household’s needs. During every visit, we reset your spaces, refresh systems, update labels, and make adjustments based on how your home functions day to day.
With consistent care from a professional who knows your space, your home stays effortlessly organized and refreshed year-round.
HOLIDAY SERVICES
Make every season stress-free with our Holiday Service. We handle the details so you can enjoy the festivities. We take down and organize decor for any occasion, from fall and Christmas to Valentine’s and Mardi Gras, keeping everything ready for next year. We also offer year-round gift wrap organization and full gift-wrapping services using your supplies or ours.
During the holidays, we can style your tree, mantle, doorway, wreaths, and tabletop decor for a beautifully cohesive look. Our Holiday Service makes seasonal decorating and gift prep effortless — so you can focus on what matters most.
